HomePreserve grew out of a simple request: an out-of-state homeowner starting an Airbnb needed someone he could trust to keep an eye on his property, spot problems, and handle repairs.
At that time, and as the owner of Mr. Punch List Handyman Services, Steve was already helping homeowners keep their properties in good shape. That simple request inspired the creation of our monthly preventative maintenance plans, now known as HomePreserve.
As relationships with customers grew, so did our vision. By bringing in Courtney's exceptional cleaning services, together with Steve's experience in maintenance and repairs, we created HomePreserve — a one-stop shop for dependable, personal property care.
While our roots are in short-term rentals, our services are for anyone who could use a trusted helping hand. We work with vacation rental owners, snowbirds, seniors, and homeowners who don't have the time, ability, or proximity to care for their property the way they would like.
